2. Training Purpose & Disclaimer
The LIFE System is a biofeedback tool designed to support relaxation and stress reduction by detecting and harmonizing energetic patterns.
Disclaimer: The LIFE System does not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or medical condition. The information and services provided on this site are for energy balancing and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.  Always consult your licensed healthcare provider.

3. Practitioner & Client Responsibility
Lotus Biofeedback LLC and DistanceBiofeedback.com provide distance biofeedback in good faith, with integrity and professionalism. However:
•    We are not responsible for how individual clients respond to energy balancing.
•    Distance Biofeedback Practitioners operate within the scope of their local regulations and professional licenses (if applicable).
•    We uphold standards of ethical conduct and respect in all of our interactions; we expect the same in return from all clients.
•    Clients are expected to learn and understand that energetic health provides a different perspective from how health has traditionally been approached.
•    Any false claims, or unethical behavior is not condoned and may result in termination of access to our site or services.

All memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including videos, guides, charts, branding are the property of Lotus Biofeedback LLC and are protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any training content without express written permission.
**The exception is software descriptions and marketing materials that Lotus LIFE practitioners may use to market their LIFE System biofeedback practice.

All purchases are non-refundable.

•    Distance Biofeedback sessions

You agree to hold harmless Lotus Biofeedback LLC from all claims arising from your use of this website or related services.
