BioEnergetics is based on biophysics (not chemistry).  The discipline of energetic health harmonization through biophysics focuses on balancing frequencies of the individual’s energy field.

Lotus Biofeedback technologies and personnel do not diagnose, treat, prescribe or claim to cure any disease or condition.  Clients are advised to consult with medical professionals for the diagnosis, care and treatment of any health condition.  When medical terminology is used, I understand that it is only to describe energy stress patterns and it is not a diagnosis.

Scientific studies confirm the ability to influence from a distance.  Quantum entanglement studies have proven non-local communications occurring through the connection of the unified field.  This includes the proven power of prayer and intention affecting outcome.

I understand that the results and the process of self-healing are not bound by particular time periods and vary by individual.  Although the process is gentle, I understand that healing is unique and responses can be different for each individual.  

 

Following a session, it is possible to feel tired or invigorated.  If you feel tired, rest.  If you feel invigorated, enjoy, but pace yourself.  Clients benefit from staying hydrated throughout the process.

I understand my identity and any information about me will be held in the strictest confidence.  I also understand that my client records will only be released with my written permission or if specifically required by law.  I further indemnify and hold harmless Lotus Biofeedback LLC including owners, employees, affiliates and successors from any and all results from stress management services and biofeedback.

I understand that payment is required in advance for services and that there is no refund policy.

I am of legal age or have the agreement of my parent/legal guardian to seek the services of Lotus Biofeedback LLC.  I am of sound mind and able to make decisions about my own health.  I agree to the services provided by Lotus Biofeedback LLC & personnel.  Guardian’s agreement consents to these terms.  (Verification may be required.
